At Eio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech purchase. If your device isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Eio account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our technicians inspect the device, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
